Organizational leaderships :

Founder / CEO / VP. Marketing  - Mr. Chan Hei

Mr. Chan has more than 25 years in Marketing , Supply Chain operations , and Products management in the industry. When he founded the company in 2014, his vision was to create a first-class manufacturing company and provide clients various types of solutions to meet their business needs.  Mr. Chan is currently acts as a marketing VP to help the company grows.

Chief Technical Officer - Mr. Cheng , Kwok Sing

Mr. Cheng joined and lead the product engineering team in 2019, he  received his Ph.D degree from University of Alberta, Canada, and specialized in fibre optics communication, optoelectronics devices, camera module and actuator technology. Mr. Cheng has more than 15 years of experience in this field , and has been working both in Canada and Hong Kong. His team consists of talents from the fields of optoelectronics, camera actuator design, precision mechanical design, semi-automatic process development, software/ firmware design. With Mr. Cheng and his team expertise in IoT and AI  , he will bring values and pioneer new markets to our customers in our ODM service . 

 

Senior Director of Supply Chain Management – Mr. William Xiao

Mr. Xiao has 18 years of sourcing and supply chain in the electronics industry. He received his degree in Industry Finance and accounting from Jiang Xi technology University. Mr. Xiao has been working for big MNC as director of Supply chain and strategic sourcing. Mr. Xiao has brought in his expertise and  contributed to the success of the business in providing cost effective and On-Time – Delivery materials to support our core value to our customers since his joining Pioneer in 2017 

 

Senior Director of manufacturing Operations – Mr.  Dan Chen

Mr. Chen joined Pioneer in 2020 , Mr. Chen received his E.E degree from  US University  . With total 25 years of experience and skills in  manufacturing engineering including SMT and FATP , quality control system , and Lean / Automation in the manufacturing industry , Mr. Chen will bring excellent results for desired operational goals ( OTD , Quality , manufacturing cost ) to both NPI and mass operations .
